Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep access to that number secure: anyone who can receive your codes can order as you. Tell us straight away on 9493902200 if you think someone else has access.

One account per person. We may close an account being used fraudulently, or to abuse promotional codes, referral credit or meal plans.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it and begin preparing it — not at the moment you press Pay. If we cannot accept an order, because an item has run out or the kitchen is closed, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Please check your order before submitting it. Once the kitchen has started, see our Refunds & Cancellations page for what can still be changed.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes, which are itemised on your bill before you pay. The price you are shown at checkout is the price you are charged.

We may change menu prices at any time, but never for an order already placed. If a price changes while an item is sitting in your basket, you will be charged the current price, which is shown to you before payment.

Online payments are handled by Razorpay. Where cash or pay-at-counter is offered, payment is due on collection.

Collection

Orders are collected from our counter — we do not deliver. See Order Fulfilment for timings and how collection works.

Food, allergens and accuracy

We describe our dishes and mark them vegetarian or non-vegetarian as accurately as we can, and we list allergens where we hold that information. Our kitchen handles a range of ingredients in a shared space, so we cannot guarantee any dish is free of traces of another.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please speak to us before ordering rather than relying on this site alone. Photographs are illustrative and portions may vary.

Promotional codes and credit

Promotional codes, wallet credit and referral credit carry no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or expired. Each code carries its own conditions, which are applied at checkout.

Meal plans

Meal plans give you a set number of meals over a billing cycle, redeemed at the counter with a code from your subscription dashboard. Unused meals do not roll over into the next cycle unless we say so. See Refunds & Cancellations for pausing and cancelling.

Using this site

Do not attempt to disrupt this site, place orders you do not intend to collect, or access accounts that are not yours. We may refuse service or close an account where this happens.

Our name, menu descriptions and photographs belong to us; please do not reuse them commercially without asking.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for serving food that is what we described and fit to eat. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Beyond that, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
