Order Fulfilment

Collection, not delivery

Cafe South Central — IIM Nagpur is a dine-in and parcel kitchen. Orders placed on this site are prepared for collection at our counter. Delivery is not currently offered, and no delivery charge is added to your bill. If we introduce delivery at an outlet, its terms will be published here first.

Opening hours are set by each outlet and shown on this site. Parcel orders may carry a packaging charge, shown at checkout before you pay. Dine-in orders do not.

When your order will be ready

Preparation time depends on what you have ordered and how busy the kitchen is. The estimate shown at checkout is our honest expectation at the moment you order, and the tracking screen updates as your order moves from Received to Preparing to Ready.

You can also schedule a pickup slot instead of ordering for immediate collection, where that option is offered at checkout.

Collecting your order

When your order is ready you will see a token number and a QR code on the tracking screen. Show either at the counter. The QR is what authorises collection, so treat it as you would a ticket: anyone holding it can collect your food, which also means you can send someone to collect on your behalf.

If you are late

Freshly made food does not hold well. We keep your order at the counter for 60 minutes after it is ready or after your scheduled slot, whichever is later. After that it may be discarded for food safety, and no refund is given for an uncollected order. If you are running late, call us on 9493903300 as soon as you can.

Something not right?

See our Refunds & Cancellations page for what happens if an order is wrong, incomplete, or cancelled.
