Collection, not delivery

Cafe South Central — IIM Nagpur is a dine-in and takeaway kitchen. Orders placed on this site are prepared for collection at our counter. We do not offer delivery, and no delivery charge is ever added to your bill.

When your order will be ready

Preparation time depends on what you have ordered and how busy the kitchen is. The estimate shown at checkout is our honest expectation at the moment you order, and the tracking screen updates as your order moves from Received to Preparing to Ready.

You can also schedule a pickup slot instead of ordering for immediate collection, where that option is offered at checkout.

Collecting your order

When your order is ready you will see a token number and a QR code on the tracking screen. Show either at the counter. The QR is what authorises collection, so treat it as you would a ticket — anyone holding it can collect your food.

If you are late

Freshly made food does not hold well. We will keep your order at the counter for as long as it is reasonable to do so, but we cannot guarantee it indefinitely, and an order left uncollected long after it was ready may not be refundable. If you are running late, call us on 9493902200 and we will do what we can.
