What we collect

To place an order you give us:

• Your mobile number. This is how you sign in — we send a one-time code to it — and how we reach you about an order.
• Your name, so we can call it out at the counter.
• Your orders — what you ordered, when, what you paid, and whether it was collected.

If you use them, we also store your saved delivery addresses, your favourite dishes, any ratings or comments you leave, your wallet and referral balances, and your meal-plan history.

What we do not collect

We never see your card details. Card payments, UPI and netbanking are handled entirely inside Razorpay's own payment window. Your card number, expiry and CVV are never sent to our servers and never stored by us.

If you choose to save a card for reference in your account, only the last four digits, the expiry month and year, and the name on the card are stored — never the full number and never the CVV. That record cannot be used to charge you.

We do not track you across other websites, and we do not sell your data.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of service providers to run this site:

• Razorpay — processes payments and holds your card details, not us.
• MSG91 — sends the one-time codes and order updates to your phone.
• Pusher — pushes live order-status updates to your screen.
• Neon and Upstash — host our database and cache.
• Cloudflare — stores and serves our dish photographs.
• Netlify — hosts and serves this website.

Each of these sees only what it needs to do its job. We share your information with nobody else, except where the law requires it.

What we keep on your device

We store a sign-in cookie so you stay logged in; it cannot be read by JavaScript running in your browser. We also keep your basket and a copy of the menu in your browser's local storage, so the site still works if your connection drops and your basket survives a refresh. If you allow notifications, we store what is needed to send them.

None of this is used for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your order history for as long as we are required to for tax and food safety record-keeping. Everything else we keep only while your account is open.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself from the Account page. Doing so closes the account and signs you out everywhere. Records we are legally required to retain — principally the sales record of orders you have already paid for — are kept for that purpose alone and are not used to contact you again.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.
