Cancelling an order

You can cancel a paid order at no charge until the kitchen starts preparing it — in practice, while your order still shows as Received on the tracking screen. Call us on 9493902200 and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Once preparation has begun we cannot cancel the order, because the food has already been made. If something is wrong with it, the section below applies instead.

If something is wrong with your order

Tell us the same day — call 9493902200 or email [email protected] with your order number. If an item was missing, incorrect, or not of the standard you should expect from us, we will replace it or refund that item. We would rather you told us than quietly not come back.

If we cancel your order

Occasionally we have to cancel — an ingredient runs out mid-service, or the kitchen cannot meet the pickup time. If we cancel a paid order, you are refunded in full, automatically. You do not need to ask.

How long a refund takes

We start the refund as soon as the cancellation is confirmed. Once we have, the money is with your bank, not with us — and banks and card networks take their own time to post it.

Expect the amount to appear on your statement within 5 to 7 working days of us initiating it. If it has been longer than that, contact us with your order number and we will chase it with the payment provider on your behalf.

Refunds always go back to the method you paid with. We cannot redirect a refund to a different card, account or UPI ID.

Cash and pay-at-counter orders

An order you have not yet paid for can be cancelled at any point before preparation begins, with nothing owed by either side. Where cash has changed hands at the counter, a refund is made in cash at the counter.

Subscriptions

Meal plans can be paused or cancelled from your subscription dashboard at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current cycle runs to its end date and the meals in it stay available to you. Please contact us for anything you need settled differently.
